PRODUCTION
In the ERVO rotary production shop in Nüziders, we use turning and turning-milling machines from renowned machine manufacturers. Thanks to our extensive machine park, we are able to offer our customers a wide range of very flexible solutions. In our rotary production shop, we produce components in diameters of up to 300 mm and lengths of 500 mm. Our many years of experience and depth of knowledge about all aspects of machining make us your ideal partner for production – from prototypes to series production.
Quality through
technology
All our turning machines feature driven tools, counter spindles and up to nine axes. That gives us a wide-ranging, flexible production depth. Production is also supported by innovative software solutions such as our tool management and CAM systems. Flexible tool-change systems additionally save time.
All this ensures the perfect implementation of our production processes. Our highly trained personnel is dedicated to the principle of continuous improvement. Everybody works to achieve ongoing optimization of our departments and all processes.
Efficiency through
AUTOMATION
ERVO counts on high levels of automation and efficiency. To achieve this, we use state-of-the-art systems such as the turning-milling center from Index. Equally important here is our seamless process monitoring. It ensures we fully utilize the potential of our automation solutions. ERVO relies on in-process measuring for offset corrections so that we achieve maximum efficiency for every order.
Cutting-edge bar loaders, gantry loaders, robots, and gripper systems smoothly feed and unload the raw materials. During production, our machine systems work with up to 3 revolvers or one cutting spindle with a tool magazine with up to 140 tool holders.
