LASER PROCESSING
Our laser department is equipped with the latest laser technology from Trotec and Trumpf. These systems are used to label and personalize components (serial numbers, logos, etc.) and also to produce the individual parts of the cleaning and transport baskets for custom parts handling. Our employees in laser processing also design devices for grippers and storage inserts which are then cut to top precision with the laser cutter. Smart programs enable automatic nesting which can significantly save material. Special filter systems clean the exhaust air from cutting and engraving.
